5. Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking with Powerhouse Moving and Storage up to a certain period before the scheduled move date, as outlined in the agreement. Cancellations made outside of this period may incur cancellation fees.
6. Liability: While Powerhouse Moving and Storage takes every precaution to ensure the safe transportation of belongings, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during the move, unless caused by negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
7. Insurance: Powerhouse Moving and Storage offers insurance coverage for clients' belongings during the move, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. Clients are encouraged to review the insurance policy and discuss any questions or concerns with Powerhouse Moving and Storage.
8. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all belongings are properly packed and prepared for transportation. Clients are also responsible for providing clear access to the property and communicating any special instructions or requirements to Powerhouse Moving and Storage.
9. Force Majeure: Powerhouse Moving and Storage shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under the agreement due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or labor disputes.
